What happened?

Possibly same as #5671.

App cannot do anything on open. No functionality whatsoever.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open app, reinstall app, remove app and all data, reinstall, etc.

Hi, I am unable to reproduce this issue. Can you explain when and how this issue started to occur to you? Right now I have tried installing/uninstalling the app on multiple devices and it always works normally after reinstall and I see no errors.
