tinywl: At the beginning of moving the window, the cursor is shifted

1. Install tynywl and gnome-terminal
2. Create a user, log in under it on a free virtual terminal and run tinywl -s gnome-terminal
3. Find the bottom point of the window title bar, beyond which you can move the window
4. Hold LMB on this point and move the cursor up all the way, the window title bar will be behind the display, except for a few pixels, for which you can still move the window
5. Returning the window back, repeat the same thing, but after pressing LMB, drag the cursor first down, and only then up, as a result, the window title bar will completely go beyond the display and now you cannot move the window

The bug is that when you start moving the window, the cursor shifted in the same direction in which you start moving, the offset distance depends on the sharpness of the cursor movement and the direction, the largest shift occurs downward.
