  1. Install tynywl and gnome-terminal
  2. Create a user, log in under it on a free virtual terminal and run tinywl -s gnome-terminal
  3. Hold LMB over the window title bar and move the cursor very abruptly up, moving the window will not work

For some reason, I can't repeat this bug by moving the cursor to other directions, probably the bug only works when the cursor is moved up.
