Is your feature request related to a problem?

Yes, currently, when creating a new poll in a group or channel (accessed via the "three dots" menu -> "Create Poll"), it is inconvenient to copy text from the chat and quickly paste it into the poll. At the moment, the poll menu needs to be closed in order to copy something from Telegram, which is not user-friendly. Using web Telegram or pre-copying text is not always convenient.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the ability to open the "New Poll" menu as a separate window. This would allow users to position the poll creation window independently, making it easier to copy text from the chat and paste it into the poll without needing to close the menu. This feature could also be useful for other menus, although I'm not sure which ones would benefit from it the most.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've considered using the clipboard history feature provided by Windows (Win+V) to manage copied text, but this doesn't fully solve the inconvenience of having to close the poll menu to copy content from Telegram. The ability to open the poll menu as a separate window would provide a more integrated and user-friendly solution.

Additional context

This feature would significantly enhance user experience, especially for users who frequently create polls based on chat discussions. It would streamline the process and save time by eliminating the need to switch back and forth between different windows or applications.
