[Feature Request]: Notification if adding to a playlist that exceeds the Youtube set maximum limit (5000)

Preflight Checklist

• I use the latest version of YouTube Music (Application).
• I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.

Problem Description

Trying to add to a playlist that is full will result in nothing happening at all (unless the song was already in a playlist, aka a duplicate).

Proposed Solution

We could add a notification informing the user that the playlist has hit its max limit for a better user experience!

Alternatives Considered

I'm not sure what other alternatives there would be for this feature request.
