Are there any rules for using twemoji for non-commercial purposes? For example, when I use twemoji to create a letter, do I need to include a license notice? Also, are there any cases where I should not use twemoji? I would appreciate a reply from anyone who is authorized to speak on the use of twemoji.

it's on their website. a mention in code/footer would suffice
