Accessing "Ventoy Compatible" Information in UEFI (Pre-Boot) Space

Can anyone confirm whether the information outlined here: https://www.ventoy.net/en/doc_compatible_format.html
is embedded in a USB volume such that it can be accessed by a boot manager (I maintain RefindPlus) before Ventoy is started?

I assume the information is saved to Volatile RAM after Ventoy is started and can be accessed by the OS but I need to check the signature for the Ventoy Guid BEFORE Ventoy is started.

Alternatively, it would be nice if the USB creator added the Ventoy Guid to VTOYEFI as the Partition Type Guid. This can then be checked by a tool such as RefindPlus.
