UTF8/Japanese Text Support For GUI

The GUI does not display Japanese text in the download list. It also does not play the video when pressing the 'Play' button which may be because of this.

Confirmed with 1.8.4. Japanese is displayed in the list. It can also be played back.

@aminhusni Can test the yt-dlg version 1.8.5 from the repo merge the updated translation for Japanese. Please give a try or share the URL or steps to reproduce the error

I am on 1.8.5 binary and the Japanese texts are still not visible.

The GUI Japanese is showing just fine. Just the parsing and display of the video's title and hashtags are not displayed.

It's good for video's title and hashtags on my computer. I use Windows 10, 64bit, yt-dlg 1.8.5.
