Add ETA progress, parent folder & file number options #1092

Adds an ETA to the process progress.
Adds option to put the output files in a folder that is the same as their original parent. (Good for processing tracks from many album directories)
Adds option to enable\disable the prepending of file numbers. (Currently no option to disable it.)
