Can a new device be supported?

Can I use Aurora only with games and use my keyboard's own software otherwise? Yes, right click desktop profile and uncheck "Enabled". Now, Aurora will control your devices only when games profiles are active.
Do I really have to use OpenRGB instead of GHUB? I want to use custom Macros. GHUB window has to be open for Aurora to connect to it.

A great workaround is to either manually open the GHUB app so it is showing on your screen and then starting the Logitech device within the Device Manager of Aurora, or if you know how to create startup shortcuts, create a shortcut to auto start the GHUB app so that it'll be open on your desktop before Aurora starts. As long as the GHUB app is fully open before Aurora starts, Aurora will be able to start the Logitech device within Device Manager on it's own. This will allow you to have a hands free Aurora start up. You just need to close the GHUB app after Aurora has fully loaded.

Why "Direct Mode" is needed for OpenRGB support? Per-key controllable mode other than "Direct Mode" is "Static Mode". In static mode color data is saved into device memory and these persistent memories are flash memories. Flash memories have a limited write limits before they break. While some devices can still work with broken memories, many become unusable.
Can I use Chroma-Enabled Game integrations with all devices? Yes, go to "Devices & Wrappers" tab in Aurora settings and install "Chroma" Wrapper. Game integration will work automatically. You may need to enable the integration in-game.

Razer devices will have flickering when this integration is working. To prevent this you need to "Disable Device Control" for Chroma and use OpenRGB

How do I disable specific Chroma integrations? Go to Chroma profile (circle rainbow with a snake in it) and there you can disable specific programs. They have to be opened at least once to appear there.
Can I use Logitech Game integrations with all devices? Yes, go to "Devices & Wrappers" tab in Aurora settings and install "Lightsync" Wrapper. Game integration will work automatically. You may need to enable the integration in-game. Logitech integration won't work with this. You will have to use OpenRGB
Can I use iCUE Game integrations with all devices? No, but it is planned because it has good game support and doable. No work has been done so far. If you have experience with reverse engineering and want to help, you are welcome to join our discussion in Discord :)
Can I use Asus Aura Game integrations with all devices? No, and it is not planned. Mocking the integration needs programming with COM objects and it is not something current developers can do.
Can I use MSI Mystic Light Game integrations with all devices? No, and it is not planned. Even though Ubisoft seems to support their 3rd party integrations for a long time, current count of supported games and the effects it provides makes it not worth the effort.
