Description of Changes

Fixes tex is fb + depth texture on the Metal renderer

CNR on the second issue, and I even tried the old branch just in case
Also the gsdump doesn't match the screenshot...

Well I'll merge this for now and if anyone can reproduce the new issue they can make a new bug report for it.
