About me

My name is Alexander Rezvykh, i'm a PhD student of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, depratment of Molecular and Biological Physics. I work in Laboratory of molecular mechannisms of biological adaptation in Engelhardt Molecular Biology Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow.

Languages: Shell(Linux), R. Skills: Reference-based trancsriptome differential expression computing, GSEA, Pathway analysis, De-novo transcriptome assembly & annotation, splicing analysis, eucariotic genome assembly & annotation.
