This web3 Channel ChatApp developed using Nextjs 13,socket.io 4.7 and tailwind

To do:

• add column for creating and managing channels for admin user or users
• improve UI and design
• fix: newly subscribed users should be able to see messages before sening message
• use loading effect for loading channels
• inform users about the cost of subscribing to a channel before wallet popup (postpone wallet popup to the user respnse)
• fix: fix responsiveness
