Get the subtitles from a YouTube video using Google Apps Script. Tries the Timed Text XML file first then tries the YouTube API if it fails. If using YouTube API, activate API first: Menu Bar -> Resources -> Advanced Google Services -> YouTube Data API v3: "ON".
