The first commit does audio rechannel on both sides using crate fon, tested in issue.
The second commit will try the host channel first, since the device can usually play audio on lower channels, so no need to re-channel, it works on my computer, not test in issue.
Can't change config channel of host build_input_stream on my computer, so rechannel may be necessary.
