ACPI 6.5 specification updates EINJ revision to 0x02 and
adds new Error Injection Actions
- EINJV2_SET_ERROR_TYPE
- EINJV2_GET_ERROR_TYPE
This patches updates EINJ information based on ACPI 6.5 specification.
Also, add missing Error Injection Actions too.

Add a new parser for the Error Injection Table (EINJ). The EINJ table provides machinism through which OSPM can inject hardware errors to the platform without requiring platform specific OSPM software.
