  1. Switch Ubuntu 22.04 release to current image again 

    b39da3c pinned us to an older image
when Ubuntu applied half of a bug fix for virtio that broke booting,
see:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jammy/+source/linux/+bug/2045443

But, we neglected to un-pin this once the moment had passed.
